Welcome to Treeswing Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website or contacting us about design services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request services.
You are welcome to explore this website for personal or business reference, but all text, imagery, and design work shown here is protected and may not be copied, reproduced, or shared without written permission.
A project officially begins only after a written agreement, proposal, or statement of work is approved and any required deposit is received. No artwork or design concepts are transferred or licensed until the project is paid in full.
Payment terms are outlined in each project agreement. Deposits or retainers may be non-refundable due to time, planning, and creative resources. Late or missed payments may result in paused work until the account is current.
Final approved deliverables become the client’s property only after final payment is made. All drafts, sketches, and unused concepts remain property of Treeswing Studio. We may showcase completed work in portfolios, presentations, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Project scope, timelines, and revision limits are defined in the agreement. Any additional revisions, new directions, or expanded scope may require an updated estimate or additional fees.
Projects may include or integrate third-party tools, subscription services, or vendors such as web platforms, plugins, printers, or hosting providers. Clients are responsible for associated costs and maintenance unless otherwise stated. Treeswing Studio is not responsible for failures or changes within third-party systems.
All work is provided in good faith and intended to support your business, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or performance results. Treeswing Studio is not liable for business losses, damages, or issues arising from client-provided information or third-party tools.
Either party may end a project in writing. Clients are responsible for payment of completed work and expenses through the termination date, including any applicable minimums or fees outlined in the agreement.
We may update these Terms occasionally. The revised date at the top will reflect the most recent version.
